President Reagan was elected on the promise of getting government off the backs of the people and now he demands that government wrap itself around the waists of the people.

Many people around the President have sizeable egos before entering government some with good reason. Their new positions will do little to moderate their egos.

The black market was a way of getting around government controls. It was a way of enabling the free market to work. It was a way of opening up enabling people.

To understand me you have to meet me and be around me. And then only if I'm in a good mood - don't meet me in a bad mood.

Half the coral reefs are still in pretty good shape a jeweled belt around the middle of the planet. There's still time but not a lot to turn things around.

My eyesight is not nearly as good. My hearing is probably going away. My memory is slipping too. But I'm still around.

I think when you spread the wealth around it's good for everybody.

It is good to express a thing twice right at the outset and so to give it a right foot and also a left one. Truth can surely stand on one leg but with two it will be able to walk and get around.

Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly while bad people will find a way around the laws.

By reading the scriptures I am so renewed that all nature seems renewed around me and with me. The sky seems to be a pure a cooler blue the trees a deeper green. The whole world is charged with the glory of God and I feel fire and music under my feet.

I said peace is sometimes narrowly interpreted it's the absence of conflict between nations or something. But peace is more inherent more basic to human life human beings what we feel about each other what we feel about life around us and what we see in our future.

Scientists will eventually stop flailing around with solar power and focus their efforts on harnessing the only truly unlimited source of energy on the planet: stupidity. I predict that in the future scientists will learn how to convert stupidity into clean fuel.
